Although, I'm betting that the pitcher is Pedro, he's sure got a Cerebus the Aardvark vibe going on. Loving the Mike Adair "mechanical toy-thingie" springing out of his hat to mustardize his dog! This cartoon is now the OFFICIAL ICON OF rogue evolent's Summer Fun!
