beautiful!Do you draw it in Illustrator and then do the touch ups in Photshop with the airbrush or brush tool?

Yeah, I did the linework in Illustrator, brought it into Photoshop and finished in there. I usually block in the color and then touch up with the brush set on Dissolve. It's nice to do these quick ones. No needless weeks of fretting over details!
