In Case...

...anyone else wants to know how to make a blinking cyclops eye for a puppet, here ya go. I got a couple of emails recently on the subject and I know for every question asked about blinking cyclops eyes there are always hundreds of people who don't care at all.

Hot Glue and Ping Pong Balls

And speaking of the telegraph...

We're going to be making a "key" and "sounder" for David's den meeting this month. If you'd like to make your own why not try our mouse trap version! It's fun and legal.

Shirt Design

A possible design for our Cub Scout pack shirt. It's corny but that's kind of the way I roll.

Need a Huggie?

So I'm setting to design the class B shirt for our pack. I wanted to run a test of the quality of shirt you can get from cafepress.com. Dashed off this design and ordered a couple of shirts for my daughters. If you find yourself in need of a huggie, the store is open.

Yes, we actually did this!

Just back from a wild time in the Black Hills, obviously. I'm thinking of converting all my clothes over to the tear-away kind.

Paper Mechanics Up and Running

Got the Paper Mechanics page up and running. The videos run a bit chunky at first but once they load they run pretty well.

First 2D Menu Done

Was able to round out the 2D menu with some game links and samples.

It's a Start...

I started putting of bits of my new site today. There is a lot missing and I hope to not wait too long to fill in the big gaps. Take a look and see what you think.

Coming Soon to Boy's Life Site

Going to be working on graphics for an online, Boy Scout themed pinball game. There will be various levels that match various ranks. Should be fun!

What we came home to...

...was a lot of Spring snow! Which allowed us the pleasure of the season's last snowman. We also enjoyed a nice lunch at the Ku Ku on Route 66 on the way home.

Great Time Was Had by All!

A high point on our trip was our visit with Kevin Hurley and the rest of the staff at the Boy's Life studio! Great time, great folks! We even were sent home with a parting gift - the big Pee Wee cut-out! I was lucky enough to have it in my studio for a couple of days before Becca put it in her room.

Spring Break!

Looks like the Adairs are headed south to the Lone Star State. The iPod has made mix tapes and CD's obselete but I still make them. Here's the cover.
